- Choose the items you'd like to return.
- Select the reason for the return.
- Select your return method that's best for you.
3. Package Your Item(s):

Print your return label and stick it on securely. No printer at home? No worries! Choose the QR code return method and get it printed for free at any FedEx Office.
USPS locations have got you covered for packing materials. However, they can't print labels or package items for you.
4. Ship Your Package:
Ensure a smooth return by dropping your package at the designated spot. Check your return instructions for details.
5. Receive Your Refund and Confirmation:
Relax your refund is in motion!
Once your package is picked up by the carrier and received by us, it's refund time! Expect your money back within 7-14 business days, depending on your payment method and the item's eligibility.
Don't forget to check your inbox!
An email confirmation with your total refund amount will be waiting for you, so you can track the progress and celebrate the greenbacks coming back your way!
