CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION
At the time you purchase, we preauthorize your order amount. This may result in a temporary hold on these funds in your account. For debit cards, these funds may remain in your account but be temporarily unavailable to use. For credit cards, you won't be charged but the amount may be temporarily deducted from your available line of credit. This authorization will be removed within 48 hours of your items being shipped.
We'll only charge you when your order ships. If your order is sent in multiple shipments, you will be charged per shipment.
Your bank controls the timing of authorizations and payments from your account. For details, check with your bank.
PAYPAL
You can use PayPal to pay for your order on luminusvertex.com. PayPal enables you to securely send payments online with your credit card, debit card, bank account, or PayPal account balance. Your credit card and bank numbers are never seen by us, plus you're 100% protected against unauthorized payments sent from your account. PayPal customer service representatives are available to assist you at 1-304-208-8526.
To protect your security, your billing information (name, address, and phone number) must match the information on the credit card you are using to pay. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not meet these criteria.

Keep your favorite Luminus Vertex bags in tip-top condition with the right care.
The most effective method for cleaning our backpacks spot cleaning with a damp cloth is recommended, followed by air drying. Avoid fully submerging the backpack in water.
We offer a one-year manufacturing defect warranty from date of purchase on our laptop backpacks, school backpacks, crossbody bags, and tote bags. This does not cover normal/casual bag.
For all manufacture defects, please contact our customer service team and we will be happy to assist you. Please have your original proof of purchase when you call, or email. If you choose to contact customer service via e-mail, please include:
- Order number
- Photos of the item clearly showing the problem
- A copy of the proof of purchase (pack slip, or credit card statement)

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely happy with your Luminus Vertex purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us by mail within 30 days for a refund in your original form of payment.
(Important Note: Items must be unworn, unused and include all tags, parts and accessories.). Items that have been personalized or altered in any way, or are purchased in quantities greater than 5, are final sale and cannot be returned.
If you would like to exchange an item, you may do so free of charge within 30 days of receipt. All items are eligible for exchange. To exchange all other items by mail, we recommend returning the item and purchasing the new color or size to ensure product availability.
All exchanges are subject to inventory availability and adherence to our returns policy. Original items must be unworn, unused and include all tags, parts and accessories. Initial shipping charges are not refundable. All customized orders, clearance items marked "Final Sale," and items purchased in quantities greater than 5 are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or price adjustments.

E-Gift Cards Information:
- A E-Gift Card cannot be purchased using another E-Gift Card.
- As with any purchase, you will receive a confirmation email once the E-Gift Card email is sent to the recipient.
- E-Gift Cards are valid for use within the United States only.
- E-Gift Cards can be sent via email to any individual with a valid email address. The recipient of an E-Gift Card will receive one email containing the e-gift card number and the PIN.
- You may purchase a maximum of 3 E-Gift Cards per week.
- E-Gift Cards can be ordered in fixed dollar amounts, up to $100, or you can manually enter any amount up to $100.
Please note that we cannot replace a lost or stolen E-Gift Card.

- You may apply up to 3 E-Gift Cards to a single purchase.

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Shipping Fees:
- Standard Ground: $9.99 - 3-7 business days if received and authorized by 2pm EST
- Two-Day: $19.99 - 2 business days if received and authorized by 9pm EST
- Next Day: $29.99 - 1 business day if received and authorized by 9pm EST
Product availability is not guaranteed until items are purchased. Fulfillment for most orders begins as soon as your purchase is completed. Your items are shipped once payment is approved, your shipping address is verified, and the item is located.
Following the dispatch from our fulfillment center, delivery times may vary based on your chosen shipping method and shipping address
Some items are not eligible for shipping outside of the continental United States. If you have one of these items in your shopping bag, a message will be displayed during the checkout process.
Pre-order items are currently not in stock but are available for advanced ordering on our site. Once the item becomes available, it will be shipped directly to your chosen shipping address. Similar to all purchases on our site, you will only be charged for the item once it is dispatched to you.
The expected date for the item to leave our fulfillment center is indicated on the product detail page. While this date provides a good estimation of the item's availability, please note that it is subject to change. In the event of any changes to the expected shipping date, you will be promptly notified via email.
